  Liked: We had a truly wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of London, making it an ideal base for exploring the city and reaching all the main attractions. A special thank you to all the staff, who were always welcoming, friendly and helpful, with a smile on their faces at all times. A particular mention goes to Lucky, whose kindness and outstanding hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We also requested room cleaning during our stay, and our request was taken care of immediately, showing great attention to guests’ needs. We felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. A wonderful experience and a place we would happily return to!

  In a high priced area this is a good option

  Liked: The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. There is no lobby really, the ground floor area is cramped so there's no place to hang, you just go up to your room. The rooms are v small but very clean, and the black corridors are quite stylish. Location is great. Breakfast is at a different hotel, this wasn't all that clear, so we didn't try it... (tbh you can get a really good and much cheaper breakfast if you go to Mildred's nearby). The price is high but that's the location - this was the cheapest we found this central, and it served well for an overnight after a show. If you need to work, there's no room for a desk in the room we had.

  A good choice for exploring London

  Liked: - excellent location - modern rooms - excellent breakfast at a neighboring partner hotel - a short distance from the metro
