  Liked: Staff was very cooperative. All facilities were available. Clean rooms, toilets and kitchen. Very economical. And great location near to all beautiful places.

  Not my first choice

  Liked: It had a great location, easy to get to Victoria or Plimico underground. The 6 beds rooms looked really nice and spacious.

  Disliked: Beds are very loud. Every time I’d move, it felt like the sprint in the mattress was ready to jump out of it. The fire alarm went off at 6 am and there were staff from the hostel coming into the room without apologizing or nothing and being extremely loud giving zero explanation of what had happened. No caring for the customer at all. It felt like they were doing us a favor for being there. Definitely something that needs to improve. Bathroom are very tiny and not very clean. You had to pray for your dear life that the toilets flushed.

  Coming back again 🙂

  Liked: Staying there already 3/4 times, stuff is great, facilities are very clean, bedding is fresh. Kitchen is also nice, you can use it as a lounge, even at night. Location is convenient. It’s my favourite so far from all hostels I know in London They also have laundry room in the kitchen with ironing board.

  One of the better hostels in London

  Liked: The location was good, I felt safe. Also one of the cleaner hostels I've stayed in whilst in London so thats a plus.

  I will recommend it for people who like cold temperature

  Liked: It is clean.

  Disliked: Some people from the staff are not helpful at all. They are not friendly at all. It is quite frustrating. In this cold weather, it was quite cold in that room and there was no heating available. I wasn’t comfortable in that temperature.

Check-out is from any time until 10 am. Please ensure you check out before 10 am; otherwise, you may be charged for an extra night.

Breakfast: We provide Breakfast every morning, which costs just £4.50 and 3 for £12.

Dairy-free Milk: Coconut/soy/almond/

Regular Milk: skimmed and semi-skimmed

Juices: Orange and apple

Instant coffee, tea and hot chocolate

Cereals: granola, rice pop, choco pop, honey hoop and cornflakes

Bread: White and Wholemeal

Spreads: White and milk chocolate (Nutella style), peanut butter, regular butter, plant base/dairy-free (butter style) honey, fruit jam (strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and apricot) and marmite.

Common Areas: The kitchen and common areas are all back open! Whooop whoop! (Kitchen and lounges will be shut at midnight and reopening at 8 am).

Facilities: Please be aware that our building has no lift and that you may be assigned to one of our top floors and a top bunk bed.

Terms: Please note that all bookings are subject to the signing of the property's terms and conditions via a rental agreement which will be emailed to the guest following their reservation. Please note that all guests must be aged over 18. Underage guests who book will not be accommodated and will not be refunded. Different policies and additional supplements will apply when booking for 12 persons or more.

Luggage storage is free on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, luggage storage costs GBP 3 per bag for up to 3 hours or GBP 4 per bag for the full day. Storage lockers for small valuables are available for GBP 2 per day. Towels are available for rent for GBP 3.50.
