Apartment was beautiful. Hygiene and cleanliness was awful!

    Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The property was beautiful, but the cleaning standards were horrific. Very unhygienic and was not happy with our stay. We had one toilet roll in the apartment, only 2 towels, the cups were dirty, no Fairy liquid to wash our cutlery and cups, and used women’s sanitary pads that we had found in the bathroom bin. A guy came over to restock us with the the bits we needed as we complained. He came over with the stuff which was lovely of him, but the towels that he had brought over had brown stains on which you don’t expect to find on what’s supposed to be ‘clean towels’. So no we did not enjoy our stay. And will not be coming back!

    Bad

Liked: I had an absolutely terrible experience with this apartment booking. Without informing me, they tried to change the location of my apartment, which was completely unacceptable. When I confronted them about it, they refused to refund me the £200 difference, blatantly trying to scam me out of my money. The so-called “manager,” Lina, was beyond rude—full of aggression, threats, and outright lies. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she chose to argue, make excuses, and spin ridiculous stories. Her attitude was appalling, and it was clear she had no intention of being fair or honest. This place is an absolute scam. They will take your money, lie to you, and treat you with zero respect. Avoid at all costs unless you want to deal with dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of integrity.

Lovely stay overall, would recommend and stay again

Liked: High points- Masood was very professional and welcoming, lovely guy. Apartment was great, amazing view of the river and O2. All the mod cons such as wifi, smart tv, kitchen appliances etc. Had everything we needed for our short 1 night stay. Low points- we were a group of 5 adults, and it was only when i mentioned about there only being 2 beds that the need for a spare/fold out bed was realised. This then delayed our check in by just over an hour so the housekeeper could get the extra bed prepared. Some small improvements we suggest is that there needs to be proper sized mugs for hot drinks, the current mugs are tiny and additional seating on the balcony so everyone can enjoy the outside space together.
