Liked: The staff was very friendly and supportive

Disliked: Unfortunately was the only room available in this area for under 300 pound a night given various conferences in town. Short notice booking. And was my wrong decision. 2,5 stars not more. Why on earth is it with 4 stars rated? How did they get it? Staff is very very helpful and supportive. But to pay around 230 pound per night for a such old room. Very loud from outside and from the room neighbors. The wall is nearly not existing. So loud. The room entry door is holding only on thin wood stripes. I felt very unsafe. Never ever can I recommend this B+B. The worst stay in London so far and I was a few times in London already

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They also left a little gift in my room for my birthday which was a lovely gesture.

Disliked: It would have been nice to have a mirror in the room since you cannot use the blow drier in the bathroom.

Liked: Good location for what we wanted. Alba, was great, very attentive and helpful.

Disliked: Everything was fine. Tv was not working and we had to be connecting and disconnecting cables until we managed to get it work and the shower head was not holding in place
