  Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient in a lively neighborhood with shops open till late and only 5 mins from the underground.

  Disliked: Bunk beds and lockers need changing, they look very run down. Also in the bottom bunk you can't sit upright and the top bunks are difficult to climb. The bathrooms desperately need some sort of ventilation.

  Very clean, convenient and cheap for London. Excellent staff and facilities. Highly recommend this accommodation

  Liked: Convenient to the Tube in London. Far enough away to be very quiet. The property is very clean. Straight forward. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also attract very friendly, courteous clientele.

  Disliked: The outlet has USB-A and C ports in my room that didn’t work. I had plugs so I was fine. That is such a minor issue it’s not worth mentioning.
