  lovely

  Liked: the room was lovely, clean and in an amazing location, easy ti reach and near two well connected underground stops. the staff members were all polite and very helpful!

  Had a great stay here! Room number 5 is a 10/10 recommendation for everyone

  Liked: I loved the location, the attention to cleanliness, smooth checkout process, and great spacious room. Value for money, really close to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate station. Walking distance from Paddington. Room number 5 is the best. Has a hand shower near the commode in the bathroom so thats an added benefit. Room was also cleaned everyday!

  Disliked: There was barely anything to not like. I would just suggest that it should be one queen bed and not 2 beds joined together.

  Liked: Good location, not too noisy. I liked the kitchenette. Big room.

  Disliked: Single glazed windows letting the cold air in. It was quite dirty around the windows. Thin duvet.

  Liked: Location was good and the staff were lovely.

  Disliked: Very old property, amenities were working somewhat well, walls are very thin so we could hear everything. Bathroom was not the cleanest.

  Home away from home

  Liked: The location, the comfy bed, exceptional housekeeping and friendly staff. It really became my base for the days I spent in London exploring, and I was always happy to collapse onto the bed after the long days. Paddington and the surroundings are great, but I also loved being right by Hyde Park and Kensington gardens. I'll just add the bathroom was nice and modern and the shower excellent.
