    Excellent stay

Liked: Excellent overall quality. Cleanliness, everything one needs, and excellent location

Disliked: The only thing that was not so excellent was the stairs to the 3rd floor, but one cannot do anything about that

Other than the convenient location and friendly staff, I would unlikely pick this accommodation

Liked: The location was very close to Victoria Station, there are plenty of restaurants around and it was walkable to some nearby tourist spots. The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was in reasonable size and bathroom too. Shower pressure was good and water temperature was good. The room was clean and nicely decorated

Disliked: There were quite a few 1) The noise problem for noise sensitive persons: - Noise from downstairs around 6am from garbage trucks was a bit too much - Noise from Tube whenever the train arriving the station. It started around 6am, I could hear it on 3rd(top) floor - Other guests slamming doors 2) No esculator and the stairs was very narrow. It would be great if I was informed so that I could ask for a room with lower floor. If you are a lady with 25kg luggage, you will have issue handling it I am quite sure 3) The temperature/humid issue. There was no aircon(whichs normal for some accommodations). The heater didnt function well a cold day I stayed. When it became warmer the other days, the blanket was so hot that I was sweating all over and my clothes and the bedsheet was all wet all over again. I washed some clothes as I didnt expect I needed to replace a few each night but the room was too humid and the washed clothes, also with the bath towels that never dried. Having said, I lived in HK and I was used to cold weather and humidity

Unbeatable location near Victoria Station, but tiny and overpriced for comfort

Liked: The location is phenomenal and literally less than a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station. Having subway, train, and bus options right at your doorstep made getting around London incredibly easy. Check-in was a breeze thanks to exceptionally clear instructions for the unmanned property, and the room was clean and decent, fine for a couple who plans to be out exploring the city all day and only needs a place to sleep.

Disliked: First impression was disappointing because the room is much smaller than the photos suggest. The nightly price is also very high for the limited services provided; you are clearly just paying for the location.

The place was nice and the location good but I would not stay here again. Value for money very poor!

    Liked: Very good location!

Disliked: The accommodation was too close to the underground and the noise from the trains was quite noticeable, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

    Location Location Location 10/10

Liked: Location Location Location. Couldn't be more convenient, so close to the train and bus station!

Disliked: 3 flights of narrow staircases with heavy suitcases were a struggle.
