  Liked: The staff helped me a lot.

  Disliked: The room was downstairs, and there was no lift; I had heavy luggage. It wasn't so clean. No water in the fridge. The mattress was too old The room smelled bad, and there was no window or any way to ventilate. No shampoo for taking a shower No slippers

  Liked: NEVER GO THERE, never book this place, the place stinks very bad, the bed linen smells bad, the walls are very dirty full of stains, the toilet is very dirty, the bugs everywhere, I book this place I went inside was in shock, I left the place immediately I asked for the return they never gave to me. They are people without any scrupulous, values and respect for human life, barbarism! NEVER book this place, only if you want to life my experience go forward.

  Disappointed with a large price tag

  Liked: The staff member on reception was nice.

  Disliked: Bathroom needed a deep clean. The floor around the toilet just felt wet, needed replacement, toilet seat not attached and could not use the shower as the floor had a sludge on it.

  Liked: The location was good - around five minutes walk from Marble Arch and the Tube, and around five minutes walk from the location of the event we were attending. The staff were all friendly.

  Disliked: The room was not clean - the floor was dirty and damaged. The curtains didn’t reach the bottom of the window and the area outside the window - almost a balcony type area - was covered in rubbish (take away cartons etc). Three of the lights in the room didn’t work, including one in the bathroom and there was no chair for the desk. The tap in the sink in the bathroom was broken and although it turned on, the water came out with a force which meant the user got wet. The shower itself was decent enough and hot, but it leaked across the bathroom floor: this was not a new issue as the floor was spongy and cracked under the Lino in places (it was easy to feel underfoot). The double bed was pushed up again a wall meaning that you had to climb over someone to get out to the bathroom during the night. The mattress was extremely old and you could feel the springs which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. It was also filthy.
