  Beware

  Disliked: The room was mis described as a one-bedroom apartment. When trying to resolve this issue the duty manager went out of her way to be very unhelpful. I would not stay here again as I feel I was misinformed then this magnified by the manager.

  Liked: Absolutely lovely and spacious apartments. The breakfast was surprisingly yummy and the juice bar/yogurt bar were a nice touch. The staff omg the staff, 10/10. The manager, whom has a long afroish style was superb. Friendly, helpful and just bursting of excitement and hospitality. The kitchen was also well stocked and had more than everything we needed! You would be surprised, how much they can fit into that one space. We even forgot a UK convertor - only had our EU plugs and boom like magic.... a vending machine that has all the things one forgot! It is a lil 15 minute hike to the first tube station, but all things considering, put your walking shoes on. You will be just fine:)

  Disliked: Just wish the bus either was running or we could get to the tube a little faster but thats more personal issue.
