  What a pleasant stay in London!

  Liked: Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel! After trying different hotels on my business trips, finding this place was a nice surprise, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip. ​Sure, the room was small, but that’s standard for London. More importantly, it was very well-designed and had modern amenities. Also, the double-glazed windows kept the room super quiet even though it faced the main street—that was definitely a plus! ​What I really appreciated was the staff. Everyone I met—from the reception and breakfast team to the housekeepers—was so kind and always had a friendly smile. The woman at breakfast even remembered my room number. When she checked it, she said it quietly, which I really appreciated as a solo female traveler concerned about safety. ​I’ll definitely be back!

  Disliked: The only issue was that I couldn't figure out how to use the heater, so the room was a bit cold. I wish I had asked how to use it!

  Pristine comfy quiet handy location

  Liked: So close to Paddington and our favourite gastropub the Victoria but also fastidious for cleanliness and super shower comfy bed and quiet

  Disliked: We were in 005 and we heard all the chatter for the next door breakfast prep. Other rooms are quieter

  Great place and location very close to attractions and good eating

  Liked: Great location next to Paddington Rail Station. Easy to catch the train to Heathrow without having to use other transportation. Rooms were very clean and neat.

  Disliked: Small rooms were a bit tight but manageable.

  Clean, well priced accommodation close to Paddington

  Liked: Clean room, close to Hyde Park, friendly staff.

  Disliked: Hotel offered free coffee machine but machine not working. Noisy building work woke us in the morning.

  Liked: The staff was really nice, and the location was also great—only a 5-6 min walk from Piccadilly Station. They even upgraded our room as well!:)

  Disliked: The towels needed to be changed. They were dirty on two occasions, and we had to ask the staff for new ones. Also, the bathroom smelled really bad during the night; I'm not sure where it was coming from, but it smelled like sewage.

  Lovely find in row of hotels just off Praed, an easy walk from Paddington

  Liked: Proximity to Paddington Cleanliness Friendly and helpful staff

  Disliked: Tiny rooms, (although very functional). Construction noise from across the alley(rear-facing )room

For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.

This authorization will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days.

The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms.
