Good
Welcoming, friendly and comfortable small hotel only ten minutes walk to Nine Elms tube station
Liked: Friendly, smiley, helpful team. Clean and comfortable. Well laundered bed linen and the large bath towels. Great shower lots of hot water. Tasty breakfast. Ten minutes level walk to Nine Elms tube station for ten minute tube trip to central London sightseeing. 24 hour manned reception. Lift.

A horrible experience
Liked: The location
Disliked: It was damp smelling and hard to breathe. The window room I a room with a skylight that doesn’t open and while I was there a leak right above the toilet that would land on my head constantly.
Fantastic stay. Clean & tidy room is great location

Clean hotel and easy to find, but very disappointing breakfast experience
Liked: The hotel was very clean, easy to find and easy to access. I was happy with the cleanliness.
Disliked: I paid for breakfast the day before, and the receptionist told me it was served until 10 am. However, when I arrived at around 9.30 am, there were no eggs, beans or bacon left. The food trays were empty, and there was only cereal, milk and coffee available. When I asked a member of staff, she told me breakfast finished at 9.30 am. I think this is something the hotel should improve. Breakfast isn’t expensive, but when you pay for it, you expect to have something to eat. If guests are told breakfast is served until 10 am, food should still be available until then.
Liked: Everything was good but one comment we were in room 2 and it was a little noisy during the night. Not sure if it was a boiler making the noise

Liked: That the hotel was close to the US embassy. The staff was so nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The pillows were hard as a rock. The bed was not comfortable, and the shower leaked.
