  Great location with easy access to tube stations and nearby supermarkets and restaurants

  Liked: Fantastic location and large apartment

  Disliked: Instructions to find the apartment in the building could be better. Wifi instructions were out of date and the sofa was not comfortable

  A very well-maintained apartment just a two-minute walk from Buckingham Palace

  Liked: What I liked most was how quiet the apartment was, despite being just a two-minute walk from Buckingham Palace. The location is spectacular, and the apartment is lovely and very well maintained. We had two minor issues, which were quickly resolved by the management company.

  Disliked: What I didn’t like was the lack of thoughtful touches from the hosts. I believe that, when the apartment is empty and an earlier check-in is possible—in our case, just two hours earlier—there is no need to charge guests £20 per hour to access the property. The same applies to late check-out. Also, there were two of us staying in the apartment, but the toiletries provided consisted of just one small bottle each of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Surely there should be at least one set per guest? Considering how much guests pay, I think the hosts should consider offering early check-in free of charge when the apartment is available. It would be a kind gesture that guests would certainly appreciate.

  Absolutely loved staying there!

  Liked: The location was excellent! The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was no TV’s in the bedrooms. And make sure you bring your own washcloths.

  Overall very pleasant stay and very efficient support

  Liked: Agency promptly responded when I share my problems with internet. It was immediately resolve.

  Disliked: That I had to pay a deposit of 500 pounds for potential damages this just for one night stay.

  Amazing location, great size but needs some love and attention

  Liked: Location was amazing and the apartment was spacious and perfect for families

  Disliked: The apartment was very tired. Blinds in the main bedroom were hanging of the wall and the window in the living room was broken. (Guest services did fix very quickly) No reception on the one TV in the living room and the wifi was poor. For 4 people staying in the apartment there wasn't a lot of amenities, 2 coffee sachets, 2 bottles of water, no cleaning products etc.
