Good stay, but inexperienced staff kept it from being a great stay

Liked: Location, room comfort (bed, shower, soundproof) and breakfast were all excellent

Disliked: The only place this property fell shorten on was service. While everyone was very friendly, the majority of the staff was largely inexperienced and not accustomed to working in this class of hotel. I believe this property is operated by Marriott, they could do much better in their hiring practices.

Exceptional in every way, easily one of the best luxury hotels I have ever stayed in

Liked: One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have visited many highly rated luxury hotels around the world. The Bvlgari Hotel London genuinely stands out. The level of service is exceptional and every member of staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The attention to detail, professionalism and warmth of the team are on another level. A truly outstanding hotel and an experience I would happily return for.

Disliked: Honestly, there was very little to fault. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful stay! I shall go back again and again

Liked: It was a wonderful 8-day stay. The receptionist—I don’t remember her name—was a kind lady from Portugal who was extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious, with two queen-size beds. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as if you were sleeping on a cloud. ☺️ The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. Every member of the staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming. One of my favorite touches was that every evening when I returned to my room, I would find a relaxing tea waiting for me. Every day, they also knocked on my door to deliver two pieces of Italian cake, beautifully served on a cake stand with a cover. It made me feel so pampered, especially while traveling with my two girls. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. And the location is prime—you really can’t beat it!

  Disliked: Nothing!
