  Liked: The staff were lovely and the bathroom was nice.

  Disliked: I feel like these photos are very misleading. Not how our room looked at all. The headboard was shredded for a start. The worst part though was the noise. Felt like the walls were paper thin. Could hear everything outside. Doesn't help that there is a pub right next to the accommodation. The one below it wasn't an issue. Overall, had a terrible sleep and wouldn't stay here again.

  Not for relaxing

  Liked: Good location, easy check in. The room looked lovely and the bathroom was a good size. The heated radiator in the bathroom was lovely. Bottles of water waited for us in the room which was a nice touch.

  Disliked: We stayed during the storm and our room was on the third floor. Above the bed was a roof window which leaked throughout our stay on the bed and the floor nonstop. Probably the lowest water pressure on the shower I've ever experienced in my life. More water came through the window than the actual shower head. The tap on the bathroom was spraying water in every direction and soaked everything in the vicinity. The hotel provides free shampoo and body wash in the shower, which is a nice touch, but we didn't dare use them, the colours were odd and it all looked clumpy. Every 5-10 minutes a loud noise would happen in the room, like an Aircon going on and off. As ours were turned off we deduced that it's the one in the communal corridor attached to our room that keeps waking us up. You can hear everything happening in the corridor and people talking in their rooms. There is a pub on the ground floor of the hotel and you don't even have to leave your bed to hear the music. I think it's a great stay for someone who is in the area to party, be that merry that you don't care about getting rained on while you sleep or have a proper shower. The room and the bathroom are good size, but have no soundproofing at all. It felt like we paid a lot of money for the value we got.

  The Best

  Liked: Excellent room, service and staff, also friendly and always a willingness to help. Rapid response to any questions, etc. For us, having a Pub downstairs that served Excellent eggs Benedict and great sausage etc for breakfast and great pub food and football games for later and again, friendly staff was a definite plus, thank you for making our visit to London memorable.
