  Excellent location. comfortable beds, quiet. Good value

  Liked: Wonderfully near St Pancras International for an early start to the Continent. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Friendly receptionist.

  Disliked: No problems really - room was very small but it didn’t matter

  Great location poor value for money

  Liked: Location is very convenient for Eurostar. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Shower was good.

  Disliked: Room was tiny, especially for the price. Room was unfinished. Decor is grim. Bed squeaks every time you move.

  Overall it was a good stay

  Liked: How close it was to the Kings Cross and St Pancras

  Disliked: The shower. The door leading to it would get stuck and I had to use the towel hook to yank it open

  Perfect for one or two nights in London

  Liked: Very close to St Pancras train and underground station-2-3 minutes walk. Beds were comfy ( we had the twin beds room). Clean room. Enough space in the bathroom. Someone at the reception desk. Direct line to Heathrow- about 1 hour.

  Disliked: Be aware that there is no elevator in the hotel. It didn't bother us but might be an issue for others.

  Decent hotel, lovely staff

  Liked: The hotel is in a great location, the single room is just that but the addition of a desk and wash hand basin were welcome. The staff were great.

  Disliked: The shared shower needs some TLC, the shower head drops on the rail and the door could do with a latch to hold it open to air it out after use
