Clean and comfortable and great location!
Liked: The apartment was very clean and neat and the location close to several underground stations as well as walking distance to restaurants and China Town.
Disliked: Musty smell. The little patio looked neglected and did not have comfortable seating.
Liked: The location and amenities were top notch.
Disliked: In apartment G2, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom that persisted throughout our entire stay. Also the lack of a door in the shower meant we had to be extra careful not to get water everywhere in the bathroom.

Liked: Excellent location- 5min walk to Elizabeth Line means we can get to East London really quickly (Shoreditch; new V&A East/ Olympic Park venues) aswell as walking to Soho, Marylebone, and West End. The One Bed flat ( G1) is at the front of the building on the ground floor, but has triple glazed windows and is raised above the street so it was quiet, not overlooked, and felt quite safe. The bedroom, at the rear, was lovely and quiet. We could open all the windows.
Disliked: We could hear sudden loud noises, and banging, above the livingroom. It was probably kids running about on the wooden floor. It's an old building without soundproofing between ceilings/floors. The "sofa" was actually a single bed and was "made up" with bedding. We had to try and create a sofa, but it wasn't as comfortable as a real "sofabed".
Owners were quick to respond about issues with the bathroom. The location is great and felt safe
