Overall average stay. Could’ve been much better

Liked: The location was good. Close to train station which is handy, but right next to the tracks which wake us up early and keep us up late.

Disliked: We found rubbish from previous tenants when we checked in. It was also very hot, with only one small pedestal fan to cool us down which couldn’t get closer than 1m to the bed. The bathroom sink had terrible drainage so we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the kitchen. The elevator also wasn’t working due to renovations which was highly inconvenient.

  Liked: Location

Disliked: The staff..... except for the white woman in the reception. She is very friendly & very accommodating. The African woman if I'm not mistaken, is originally from eutopia, and is not friendly. One time I asked her if it is possible to clean our room because it's already the 6th day that we stayed there, but unfortunately it did not happen. Till my husband informed the white lady in the reception, then on the next day our room was clean again

Great value for money, and it pretty much delivered what was promised on the website

Liked: Friendly staff, easy access, supreme location for tourists.

Disliked: The window of the room was directly facing the train track, which made it very noisy until almost 1am.
