Disliked: The chairs in loving are very hard plastic and the overhead light far too bright for nights. Would like something to make coffee with.

It's dirty and smells of stale air everywhere
Liked: 200 meters to the metro station, contact the owner via WhatsApp, and that's it.
Disliked: The apartment was dirty, with an old, uncomfortable sofa bed covered in stains, a sagging sleeping area, and used condoms. The flat is located in the basement, and there is another basement with sand instead of a floor. I saw rats in the basement that could get into the apartment. The whole apartment smells terribly of dampness, rot and moisture, the smell coming from the basement. The bedding and towels were old and smelly.
Disliked: Unfortunately this was a very stressful experience. When we arrived, the apartment was still being cleaned and our check-in was delayed. Later that night when we returned, we discovered that the extra blanket stored in the closet was dirty and stained with blood, which we immediately reported to the host with photos. The apartment was also very cold due to heating issues that were never fixed during our stay. That night my toddler became sick and vomited several times, which made the situation extremely difficult for us while traveling with a young child. Another uncomfortable issue was that the host appeared to be monitoring the property cameras and messaging us about our movements, which made us feel very uncomfortable as guests. After checkout, the host accused us of damaging the same blanket that we had already reported when we arrived and continued sending threatening messages, including warnings about police and financial charges. I had to report the situation to Booking.com and provide screenshots of the communication. Overall this experience caused a lot of stress for my family and I hope the management improves how they handle guest concerns and communication in the future.
