A great choice for a family stay

Liked: The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and other essential appliances. The washing machine also has a dryer function. The kitchen is connected to the living room, with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy meals together. The room heating system is easy to adjust. The location is quite convenient, within a reasonable distance of Earl’s Court Underground Station. Tesco and M&S Food are also nearby, making it easy to buy groceries and everyday food essentials.

Disliked: Using such a small, narrow lift was a new experience for me! The apartment was on the third floor, and although the lift was a bit slow to close its doors and move up and down, I eventually got used to it.

Disliked: Unfortunately the kitchen part wasn’t working, but it was taken care of the next.

Good location, needs some general upkeep and TLC especially for the price

Liked: The flat is in a good location close to shops, bars, restaurants and tube stations so easy to get around. The windows are big and let lots of air and light in which is lovely It’s fairly quiet of a night for sleeping. The shower is strong considering this is the top floor. Nicely furnished and styled.

Disliked: It’s on the top floor of a rather old mansion house and there looks to be little fire safety, no fire alarms in flat and no external fire stairs, the stairwells had pushchairs and other furniture around and there was just a small ladder on the wall outside the room which would be of no use whatsoever ever in a fire as the flat is so high up. The flat looked to be clean when we arrived but beyond the immediate surface level it was very dusty in wardrobes, shelves and door frames etc. it needs a deep clean. We personally found the pillows uncomfortable as prefer thinner, flatter pillows but no other options available (we did look in the dusty cupboards). There is an LG TV in the bedroom that we couldn’t get it work and there was no remote to go with it. The Samsung TV in the lounge had poor quality sound & picture, Victoria did say this would be replaced so hopefully that will help those who arrive later. The flat feels tired and unkept in some places especially the bathroom. There is no guest book for info etc which would be useful. No welcome pack ie milk, bread, etc for £300 a night we expected a little more.

Liked: Great location - easy access to tube stations, walking to connect with buses, walking to closest museums. Felt like a very safe area for solo traveller. Grocery shops handy for self catering. Also heaps of cafes & pubs & restaurants nearby. Beautifully clean & well organised flat, big high ceilings & light filled with big windows, very comfy bed & couch, great water pressure in shower. Quiet & calm retreat at end of busy days - only heard/saw other tenants a couple of times in 9 days. But felt like part of neighbourhood with everything going on out in the streets - schools & kids & lots of other people walking out & about. Highly recommended.
