  Great apartment in the heart of Chelsea

  Liked: Great location, lovely, clean, well equipped accommodation, helpful staff.

  excellent, will use again

  Liked: left bags a in storage a couple of hours before check in, all staff very helpful and professional. apartment clean and well equipped, hob, kettle, microwave and fridge. 10 min easy walk to tube. good neighbourhood, bit of noise at night from the street- but it's central London. Had to have windows open to keep the temperature low enough to sleep comfortably. it's not spacious but more than adequate for a short London visit

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Way too hot and no control of the heating. The common areas were shabby. One of the lifts were broken so there ended up being a queue, not a big issue just added to the overall impression.

  We will be back:)

  Liked: This has been 5th time we were staying at Chelsea Cloisters and I know, not the last time. The team at the reception is extra helpful and very kind. Whenever I had additional requests (room location, kind of room, etc...), it has always been respected by the Hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious considering what competition is offering. Location is really great. In the nearest area you have everything you need: tube, shop, coffee, food:)

  Disliked: Size of the bads - they are comfortable, but a bit too small for 2 people, but this is definitely now the point which would influence my overall, very positive opinion about Chelsea Cloisters.
