Would defo book here again. Right next to Stamford bridge stadium so was nice to see and busy due to game however was a
Liked: The property was in a great location and very modern. Had everything you needed for a family vacation! Had breakfast most mornings and was well equipped. Plenty of space and master bedroom was large with en-suite. Although the shower was a little snug in en-suite couldn’t fault this apartment at all!
Liked: The location was superb & having parking was great. Perfect for a short stay in london. Good communication.
Disliked: Only 1 wine glass which meant we had to drink wine out of thick tumblers. No toilet paper on arrival although some was delivered later. No dishwasher tablets. No instructions for the air con & none of the control panels in the bedroom seemed to work. Major crack to one of the bedroom windows which made us nervous to use it.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning in the apartment
Liked: Its a very good place, in city center with good parking space and well secured
Disliked: It was so so hot, they provided potable fans, apart from that it was lovely
Disappointing
Liked: The Location was brilliant, parking just outside is perfect 2 min walk from the tube station.
Disliked: We booked for 3 nights stay. We had read the reviews which seemed good. Unfortunatley it was not our experience. We arrived to find the bed was broken. The host replaced the bed quickly leaving a broken bed in the hallway. This was reasonable as we were glad to get a bed which you didnt fall through. Unfortunatley our daughter still had to stay on the sofa as the bedroom was crawling with ants. To the extreme if you stood in there they crawled up your legs and bit you. We reported this but it was a late night discovery. We then woke up to find the other room the same problem. We had to evacuate the bedrooms with our things. We reported this to be told they would send a cleaner to resolve the issue. This is where we disagreed. We didnt think an Ant infestation could be resolved in time for us to stay there in the evening. There was no way all 3 of us could sleep on the sofa We felt we had no choice but to leave and book into a hotel. We had plans to see a show and it was a short stay already with time wasted reporting issues and stress. The host refused to refund us anything. We would have accepted a partial refund. But they refused because they weren't given the opportunity to clean up the Ants. Which by the way they said was not a known issue. Even with two types of Ant spray under the sink. We are not people who complain we can put up with alot. But we ultimatley werent willing to sleep in a house and get ill from being bitten by Ants and we certainly paid the price The host was dismissive stating its common during a heatwave or if food is left out. We hadnt had any food in the rooms. Its ridiculous to suggest a colony of ants would enter the house because of heat. Plenty of videos were sent and we were made to feel we were being over dramatic. We could tell from their poor attitude we had to just find somewhere else and not let it ruin our holiday. Luckily we had money to do that otherwise we would have gone home

Liked: It was very central the car space was excellent and the apartment was large
Disliked: The hot water didn't work and the place and fittings etc was very worn.For the price though it was good value.
