  Liked: Perfect location to visit museums and Londo. City centre. Room for 4 ppl was OK and conlmfortable. Basic but good breakfast.

  Disliked: Could have been cleaner, roons could have been vacumed, but it is not too bad.

  Liked: Location, atmosphere, adequate room with comfy beds and good ensuite bathroom, free continental breakfast

  Disliked: Our only complaint was that on a windy night at the start of UK winter, the heating was not working in our room and we felt cold - but thankfully the duvet was nice and warm!

  Liked: Great location for access to most tube lines and West End. Comfortable and reasonably priced, clean and bathrooms have all been refurbished. Good if basic breakfast, cereal and toast, with decent coffee
