    Lovely hotel

Liked: It was a short walk from the location i needed to be. All staff were really helpful and the hotel was very clean.very close to Tottenham court road tube station too.

Disliked: The shower was a bit temperamental and the temperature of the water changed mid shower

Great for location, but poor for everything else

Liked: The location was perfect for what we needed. Very close to the theatre and down the road from Oxford Street.

Disliked: The mattress was filthy, but covered by the protector. The window wouldn't close properly, which meant it was noisy. There were very few plus sockets. One was above the mini desk that the kettle was plugged in to. There was another behind a fire, and the third was next to the curtain pole.

    terrible experience

Disliked: This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The room was extremely dirty, with visible dust and spider webs throughout. The interior and facilities were in very poor condition and showed significant signs of wear, and lack of maintenance. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with mould present in multiple areas and a strong damp, mouldy smell. The condition was so poor that I did not feel comfortable or safe using the shower. The room also had no windows, which made it feel confined and unpleasant. In addition, noise levels were excessive. The cleaning staff were loud from early in the morning and could be heard shouting in the corridor, making it difficult to rest and relax. Thankfully, I only had to stay for one night. However, considering I paid £150 for the room, I feel the stay represented extremely poor value for money and was a complete waste of £150. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, facilities, and noise levels fell far below an acceptable standard, resulting in a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Good value, location is great and staff helpful and friendly

Liked: The location and the staff are great - I’ve stayed here many times People should remember on booking. Sites and on hotel site it clearly states some rooms don’t have windows - this is common in many London hotels - it doesn’t bother me

Disliked: Nothing really - I would’ve liked a bedside plug is all I can think of
