  Excellent

  Liked: Excellent location; provides coffee, water and umbrellas free of charge

  Disliked: Bathroom area in the room could have a better distribution and modern style Personnel not well informed as to attractions and metro options near hotel. This is a must due to hotel excellent location

  A comfortable, conveniently located home away from home

  Liked: This property exceeded my expectations and I found it to be a great value for what was offered. It cost a bit more than other hotels I’ve stayed in, in central London, but the deciding factor for me was the inclusion of a full kitchen. I travel solo, and prefer usually to eat in, so for my needs, it was perfect. Additionally, the reception staff were all really helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and printing a few documents I needed. Really, everything was great.

  Disliked: I was pleased with all aspects. No complaints at all.

  Liked: - Friendly enough receptionists. - Decent breakfast with several options including hot dishes and hot chocolate. - Quite spacious 2-bedroom apartment with kitchenette and all the utilities as described in the booking. - Comfortable beds, clean apartment. - Amazing location in Central London. 12-15 min walk to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye and 20 min walk to Buckingham Palace. 5 mins walk to Charing Cross and Embankment train stations. Several bus stops around too. You most likely will not need to spend money on taxi unless going to the airport with many luggages.

  Disliked: - One of the bedroom is quite small but this didn't bother us much. - This is an aparthotel so no daily housekeeping service. But I knew this in advance. I stayed for 6 nights so they did offer 1 cleaning service on day 4.

  A perfect stay thank you

  Liked: We were greeted with huge smiles as we entered the hotel from the pouring rain and immediately offered a towel to dry off and a warm drink. The hotel is in prime position and near to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and especially the fresh waffles!

Pets under 40 kg can be accommodated. Please contact the property directly for more information, using the details on your Booking Confirmation.

If a reservation is for a week or more, there is a complimentary full clean on the fourth days stay and weekly thereafter.

An additional cleaning fee is applicable for all stays under 7 nights. A daily cleaning service is possible at an additional cost. Rubbish collection is free, however must be requested via the reception when needed.

Extra towels and amenities are free, and again must be requested via the reception when needed.

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
