  good location and basic but comfortable room

  Liked: bed extremely comfortable, room clean, good shower. excellent location

  Very happy, had not stayed at a CitizenM before. We will be returning

  Liked: Breakfast very good value with good choice. Location excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: We did specify stay was to celebrate daughter's sixteenth birthday and would have liked a high view, unfortunately no view and third floor. That said she was happy nonetheless.

  Disliked: Nothing to put water into in the room. No cup or glass. And no water bottle. For a 300 Euro hotel, ridiculous policy.

  Liked: Great location. Loved the view of the Tower of London. Friendly staff and cool vibe.

  Disliked: The fire alarm went off twice during a two night stay. Once around 5pm and again at 8.30am. It was never acknowledged by staff, especially the morning alarm which went on and off for a few seconds each time. Quite a jolt to wake up and then confusing as to what was happening.

  Liked: Nice room with an amazing view. The room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Very close to the metro station which is great!

  Disliked: I left my bags behind because I was too early for check in, had to wait very long to get my bags. Multiple staff members walked by and didn't help me. The prices for the rooms are too high. You pay mostly for the view (which is beautiful, don't get me wrong). If you keep asking this price the rooms should be better if you ask me.

We do not allow animals, only service animals are allowed. Guests need to inform about the service animal before arrival.
