  Lovely reception staff, but housekeeping communication and luggage assistance need improvement

  Liked: The reception staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, especially Tatenda. She is absolutely wonderful, professional, and always willing to help. She truly deserves 10 stars for her exceptional service!

  Disliked: The housekeeping staff do not speak or understand English, which makes communication difficult. The hotel is also largely self-service, with no staff available to assist guests with their luggage

  Comfy Bed

  Liked: Great Location near tube - Eastgate East. Emailed me at 13.30 to say room was ready Comfy bed.

  Disliked: Cleaner accessed the room next to ours with a private hallway on check out day.. they made ALOT of noise crashing and banging around waking us up No where to hang a coat to dry other than inside wardrobe No where to hang towels in the bathroom

  Liked: Clean. Easy access to trains. The Gym was of nice size. Simple property.

  Disliked: I have nothing bad to say really. Me being a foodie will say that The free breakfast wasn’t my favorite.
