  Liked: Room size excellent for London. Loved the area. Convenient and so quiet.

  Disliked: Room was pleasantly cool. However I dud try to turn heat on at one pount and couldnt. Also could niot find regular TV channels

  Liked: Staff were amazing and went that bit extra. The free upgrade and prep of the room for my Wife's Birthday was amazing. Breakfast was really good, albeit expensive. Bed was super comfortable.

  Wonderful stay, would recommend

  Liked: Our upgraded room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was in a good location and close to Liverpool Street station. The breakfast was cooked to order and was great.

  Disliked: The wait for our breakfast was long (aware it was being freshly cooked but still too long a wait)

  Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, fresh air and excellent blackout curtains

  Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, who helped with all our requests. You can open windows and breath some fresh air which is cool. Squeaky clean, good light blocking curtains.

  Disliked: Noise from constructions outside, but closed windows blocking it. Nothing else really.
