  Absolutely loved this apartment!

  Liked: We absolutely loved this accomodation. We needed somewhere with a fridge to store baby milk, washing facilities and a microwave for washing and sterilising bottles and so a hotel wouldn’t have worked for us. When we found this apartment, we jumped at the opportunity. We loved that we could do a bag drop when we arrived in London. We were tired and had a ton of luggage and it made all the difference. The lady who checked us in was so kind and helpful. We were able to get into our room a little early, which was a godsend because we had breast milk for our 4 month old to get into a fridge and baby needed freshening up. The apartment was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more. It had everything we needed and we were able to comfortably stay with our baby and 5 year old. There is a short walk to Paddington station, which has absolutely everything you’ll need. Sainsbury’s, M&S, restaurants, coffee shops, boots and much more. We were able to do a little food shop to keep us going. Tube access was fabulous and the buses run from outside the station, so it’s easy to get to where you need to be. If we visit London again, we will 100% be checking into Cleveland Residences. It was perfect for our family. Thank you so much

  Very pleasant property for the price we paid, and very close to transport links. A good base!

  Liked: Very close to Paddington and Bayswater station with great links to transport. The property was well presented and had everything you needed.

  Disliked: There was no communal waiting room, just the entrance to the property. There was also a foul smell in the bathroom coming from the shower drain, and with no extractor fan in the bathroom that worked, the smell did overpower the bathroom and the door had to be kept shut.

  Handy place to stay

  Liked: Convenient for Paddington, an easy walk into bayswater for breakfast and a lovely pub round the corner. The apartment was perfect, with two TVs allowing our daughter her own space to hang out, while we had our own space too.

  Disliked: The door entry was a little confusing on first arrival, but once we figured out the reception button it was fine. We had a rather noisy person in the flat above, but it's a feature of old Victorian buildings.

  Lovely stay

  Liked: The place was amazing. Clean, comfortable, well equipped even in the kitchen. We loved the area. It was a short walk to Queensway, full of supermarkets and lovely restaurants. It is also right between two underground stops of different linea so the travel was super convenient wherever we wanted to go.

  Disliked: The bathroom is really tiny but it was clean and well equipped so it was okay over all anyway.
