Fabulous
Disappointing and room in need of a makeover
Liked: The kitchenette… however it was poorly equipped. Limited utensils, crockery and glass wear making it difficult to use. The location was excellent.
Disliked: The lobby was under renovation and we were not advised. We had to enter the building via an alternate entry and our room was above the construction, and was noisy from 7am. The room was 'tired' and not what we expected for the money. The mattress quality was poor and uncomfortable.
Great location, clean and has a hydration station

Good location. This hotel will be much better once reception area renovation is finished

very disappointing
Liked: The lounge are reception area were under renovation. So you got a room and that was it. They should have warned visitors they were under renovation and offered a significant reduction in room rates. I feel I was had.
Disapointing
Liked: The room was fine.
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation and we were not informed about this in advanced. We arrived to the main entrance to be told that we needed to walk around the block with our luggage to the back entrance. We were appreciative of the breakfast, but the setting was not what we were expecting.
Disliked: would have appreciated a little more offerings at breakfast, but nice there was something
