  Lovely hotel with lovely staff

  Liked: Staff are absolutely lovely, every single one of them, from the night staff to those who were at front desk in the morning and even the restaurant staff, were fantastic and helped me with everything I needed and did it with a smile on their face. Hotel was very clean and bed was exceptionally comfortable.

  Clean, bright, friendly and convenient location

  Liked: Clean, bright room. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location, easy walk to tube and nice area. Good breakfast and liked the chilled water dispensers in corridors. Didn’t use lounge area, but it looked very nice.

  Great location for City of London

  Liked: Excellent location adjacent to St Paul’s. Plenty of dining locations within easy walking distance. Comfy bed.

  Disliked: Tea and coffee facilities in room no very good. No milk/creamer and no sugar. Breakfast choice was ok, but plates were cold so hot breakfast cooled down before I’d finished. Fixing these two simple things would improve the experience massively
