  Liked: Recently renovated, very clean, great location and helpful staff.

  Disliked: Our room was on the 7th floor, but elevator only went to 6th so we had to climb a very narrow steep set of stairs to get to our room. Slanted ceiling in half of the room due to being the top floor, almost attic like?

  An affordable, great-value stay in Zone 1!

  Liked: The hotel is located less than a 5-minute walk from Lancaster Gate Underground station, making it very convenient to reach, even when arriving from the airport late at night. The rooms are absolutely decent for London standards. Having stayed in many hotels across London, I would say they are neither particularly small nor particularly large. In fact, to be completely fair, I would lean slightly towards the spacious side. With a little smart organisation of your luggage, you can move around the room quite comfortably. Another big advantage is the hotel's location in a quiet neighbourhood. We experienced no disturbances or noise in the mornings, and the room was pleasantly warm throughout our stay without us needing to turn on any additional heating. Last but certainly not least, the bathroom was excellent! It was comfortably sized, especially the shower, and very clean. The ventilation worked perfectly, with absolutely no unpleasant smells of dampness or mould, either in the bathroom or the room itself. This was something I particularly appreciated. Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience and excellent value for money, especially considering the location!

  Disliked: Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. Considering the price we paid for our five-night stay, I really cannot point out anything negative. The hotel fully met our expectations and offered great value for money.

  Would love to stay here again

  Liked: The location is perfect, right next to Hyde park, very calm. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable. Toilet had everything we need. There is some water in the fridge and some cookies and everything for tea and coffee. Breakfest was very good, a lot of different food. You can even get different kind of eggs. We loved it and would totally stay here again. You can leave your bags there before check in.

  Disliked: There was very loud noise coming from heating system, we couldn't sleep for a few hours, but the staff was very friendly they did sort it out as soon as possible. The next day there was no noise at all.

  Liked: Great, convenient location, close walk to Paddington station and Hyde park is right around the corner! Beautiful lobby and nice, clean rooms. Bathroom was super clean and our room was cleaned everyday.

Good to know

The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.

Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .

The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.

Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.

All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.

The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
