  Very convenient

  Liked: The small house was equipped very well and absolutely quiet. We enjoyed staying there very much. Everything was fine. It is only 10 minutes walk to custom house station where one can take Elizabeth line to go downtown.

  Disliked: There were only 3 forks in the kitchen. At least one more would be necessary.

  Liked: Close to Excel (12 min walk).

  Disliked: Bed and mattress was not comfortable and needs to be changed. Sounds outside in the morning was noisy.

  the rooms do not look like the pictures and the location isn't the best

  Liked: clean and smelt nice, beds where comfortable.

  Disliked: the front bedroom windows did not shut properly which made it feel unsafe. the water for the shower was inadequate and pressure and temperature was hot and cold

  Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Service from Hikotts Homes

  Liked: We had an excellent experience with Hikotts Homes. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and communication throughout was fast and responsive. The house itself was in great condition, in a brilliant location, and had far more amenities than we’ve found in most other properties — everything we needed was already there, which made the stay effortless. We also accidentally left a high-value laptop behind. They contacted us immediately, arranged safe postage back, and handled the whole thing with genuine care. We can’t thank them enough for that. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be booking again next year when we return to exhibit at the ExCeL.
