  Lovely hotel, would stay again

  Lovely hotel great location

  Liked: Central location for the London palladium. Lovely quirky bar and very attentive staff. Room was positioned to the rear so much quieter. Lovely breakfast and waiter showed us the court room which was still authentic and used as function room.

  Disliked: Bar closed at 11:00 and no where else to get a drink. Room could do with information booklet as this would have been handy. Air con in room was quite noisy

  Disliked: Cramped room with no wardrobe. Bathroom door banged on bed and hard to get around. Lighting either fully on or dark

  Excellent location, but slightly overrated in itself

  Liked: The location in central London was excellent. Very close to Oxford Circus so well placed for all our activities - in Covent Garden and Marleybone. The bed was very comfortable.

  Disliked: For a hotel classed as 5* on Booking.com we felt it fell a little short of this rating, mainly on small details. For example there was no mirror at all in the bedroom - not ideal for getting ready for a night out. Only mirror was an over the sink one in the bathroom, which of course was very damp and foggy, and not full length. Also the shower hose was very poorly connected and leaking.
