Good value for a short stay, despite a few flaws
Liked: Nice, affordable breakfast for just £7. Excellent location near Paddington Station and several underground lines.
Disliked: The rooms are quite small, and we waited up to 15 minutes for hot water in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room.
Wasn't that bad
Liked: The place is perfect and easy to find.
Disliked: Pillow cases and bed covers is not clean looks like used or just unwashed well. Towel is clean but very hard not soft to scrub to your skin. Bec we are so exhausted and wanted to rest we couldn't be bothered to complain. Need more lightng though. but the whole stay wasnt that bad.

Disliked: Room was smaller than expected so it would have been nice to have a luggage rack so I didn’t have to use the desk
