Disliked: Room service walked into the room while I was still in bed.
It was wonderful stay would stay there
Liked: It was very clean modern spacious it gave 5 star luxuries friendly staff
Disliked: The breakfast was let down taste was blend and not seasoned our varieties and the loo is too low is hard get up perhaps they need to change the toilet to bit higher so people can get up or add rails

Liked: Lovely reception area with free water and fruit. Nice touch to have the warm cookie upon arrival. Staff were friendly throughout. Bathroom was clean, water pressure and ease of using the shower was good. Bed was comfy (although did freak a little)
Disliked: Breakfast was a let down; no seasoning or flavour to a lot of the items. Size of the breakfast buffet is very small given the size of the hotel and the amount of guests staying. Pastries were very nice though. We had a deluxe room with balcony and view but half the view was another building, not the river, and the balcony door did not open. No internet on tv so could not cast from any device that was not Android.
We stay at the Hilton Excel for MCM expo every october, and we always look forward to it
Liked: Amazing buffet breakfast. Spotlessly clean throughout. Always welcomed when we came back to hotel. Kind staff.
Disliked: Vegan options at dinner a little dissapointing. Wine was good!
