Friendly helpful staff and convenient budget accommodation

Liked: For central London it’s very good value and very convenient for Victoria coach station. Very small room that was hot in summer with a tiny bathroom. However, if you want somewhere cheap but clean and safe-feeling in central London it fits the bill

Disliked: Tiny bathroom with sliding door that didn’t close fully

Liked: Great location with competitive price. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. All of us slept well with cozy bed.

Disliked: Our room located at basement level. There is a narrow stairs which is common found in such period buildings. Not a problem for us. But maybe a little challenge for someone.

Liked: Really good location in Pimlico, good value for money.

Disliked: Very small rooms, and very warm in the summer. Difficult if more than 2 people.

Liked: It's a pleasant enough 'hotel' for an overnight stay. The entrance makes it look dodgy, the room was clean, the throw on the bed needed a wash, the bathroom was small but adequate, it's central and has enough shops, pubs and restaurants very close. It could do with a little spruce up and they prefer one to book direct at a lower price which then fits into the 'passable' price range. I felt safe and had a good night's sleep.
