  Disappointing

  Liked: Location, staff. Bed clean and comfortable

  Disliked: Expected small room but was smaller than I’d imagined & very worn and tired, in need of an up grade, water staining on wall, window blind was stained /dirty, toilet / shower cubicle was worn, door frame rusting, shower drain broken, sink plug hole worn. tv installed too high on the wall and v dusty, had to work our ourselves it needed to be plugged in.

  Disgusting

  Liked: Staff was very kind though, they can’t help it. Fine location, a few tube rides away from all the action.

  Disliked: I have very realistic expectations when it comes to budget hotels, having stayed in many over the years, including Easyhotels. I do not, however, expect to be greeted by the smell of mold and excrements. The room appeared like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while and looked like a dorm room. Sheets were extremely itchy (for the both of us) and the shower only gave us boiling hot water. After showering, all the walls are wet, which explains the moldy smell. Would not recommend…

  Wouldn’t stay again- it was quite cheap for London but cleanliness should still be adequate

  Liked: Good location, friendly staff

  Disliked: Air conditioning was on constantly which made the room very cold with no option to change temperature. No towels were provided. No shower curtain which made whole bathroom wet. No storage for anything. Lacking fire exit in my opinion. Bedding/ bathroom wasn’t very clean.
