  Perfect for families visiting London, great location with friendly helpful staff

  Liked: The location was perfect, the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The windows kept most of the street noise out.

  Disliked: It was a shame that the drawers in both bathrooms were water damaged so meant the finish was not as perfect as the rest of the apartment. Also the tv in one of the rooms didn’t work. We didn’t raise it during the stay as not really needed.

  The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout our stay

  Liked: I liked the hotel’s location. The area was quiet and not too busy, which made the stay more relaxing. There was also an Underground station very close to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around London.

  Disliked: We were required to pay around £750 for two extra beds for just 5 days, and we were not given the option to decline them, even though we did not really need them. I was also not expecting one of the extra beds to be placed in the middle of the living room. The second extra bed was placed in the master bedroom, which was already very small. Because of the additional bed, there was so little space that we could not properly open the wardrobe. The apartment overall felt much more cramped than expected. The lift was very small, and the corridors were narrow as well. The stairs were also extremely narrow. The bathrooms were very small, and the bedrooms themselves were not particularly spacious. Considering that we paid around £750 for the two extra beds for only 5 days, I expected the apartment to have enough space to accommodate them comfortably. Unfortunately, the limited space throughout the apartment made the stay less comfortable than expected.

  A pleasant stay in a convenient location

  Liked: Spacious room, clean bedding, close to Hyde park and underground. Having a handheld bidet in all bathrooms was very welcome.

  Disliked: Carpets can use some cleaning.
