Perfect location. Comfortable quiet studio. Compact but with everything essential

Liked: Perfect location. Comfortable quiet studio. Compact but with everything essential and in immaculate condition.

Disliked: Needs a bit of detail finishing. No towel hanger or floor mat in bathroom. No bedside light or table. But these are niggles. It's a great place and I hope to stay again.

Liked: Easy access to the house. Calm neighbourhood.

Disliked: Booked a room for 3 people and was given a room with only a double bed. Tried to contact owner but wifi wasn't great. Room could be a bit more clean. Floor was slightly dirty. A very small fan was provided but it was boiling hot inside the room, not enough to cool it down. Coldn't open windows as there was lots of rubbish bins just outside it.

Room ok but glad we weren’t in the heatwave as the smell from the bins would have been worse!

  Liked: Good location

Disliked: Bin refuse sac sacks overflowing inadequate dustbins 4 feet from the open windows to the room - saw a rat next to the refuse sacks. Reported it but got the excuse the bin men hadn’t collected yet - total abdication of accepting the problem ( should have other commercial waste arrangements in place).
