  Very disappointing and ruined our last day of vacation!

  Liked: It started out awful! They had us in the attic. They said there were no other rooms available. I called your team and they called the hotel. After about an hour they moved us to another room. The hotel def smelled like food either from what they had eaten or if someone was cooking? The bed was comfortable, very small bathroom. I would never stay there again. The staff was nice after your team called them.

  Disliked: Room ridiculously small for more than 200£ a night. could hardly move into it. Noise from the street. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Back hurt in the morning. Nothing to compare to pictures on booking. Asked for a little service to keep my luggage day after my departure and got refused. No flexibility

  Liked: The staff is very helpful and friendly.

  Disliked: The mattress in my first room was extremely worn and sagged significantly in the middle, creating a deep hollow that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower had very poor water pressure, with barely a trickle of water coming from the showerhead. I was subsequently promised a room change, which was presented as an upgrade but was nothing of the sort. Although the mattress in the second room was better, the water pressure was just as poor. The bathroom extractor fan was incredibly loud, sounding like a jet engine, even after staff attempted to repair it. To make matters worse, despite being on the third floor, I could smell food being prepared in the kitchen every morning as breakfast service began. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing and uncomfortable stay.
