  Perfect!

  Liked: This was such an amazing guesthouse to stay in! The house itself was so well put together, so clean! It felt like a home away from home with the same comfort you would always like when staying somewhere else! You can tell how much time and effort Georgiana has put into her house to be able to give her guests the best stay and most comfortable stay possible! My mother arrived earlier as I was working and Georgiana took her in as one of her own, creating new friends and making sure she that she had everything she needed for a perfect stay! She even invited her for dinner with some of her friends which my mother absolutely loved! As soon as me and my partner arrived later in the evening, she welcomed us with open arms, making sure we had everything and even helped show us we had food available for when we woke up in the morning! We couldn’t have asked for anything better for when we needed a place to stay for the Royal Parks Half Marathon the next day! I couldn’t thank Georgiana more for the hospitality she provided! 100% recommend!

  We had a peaceful and restful and welcoming stay

  Liked: Georgiana’s home is beautiful and welcoming. I loved all the greenery and colour from the plants. Our bedroom was very comfortable and had a lovely patio that we could use. There were lots of very thoughtful touches in both the room and bathroom. It was peaceful and relaxing. It is also a great location to explore London. I chose Georgiana’s guesthouse as I had eye surgery while in London and the excellent reviews made me feel confident it was the right place to stay. Georgiana and her daughters made us feel so welcome and were so kind throughout our stay. This made such a difference and I’m so thankful to them all. My son also really loved the hammocks and talking to Georgiana. We can also highly recommend the breakfasts, very tasty and gluten free was no problem.

  Incredible hospitality

  Liked: Incredible hospitality from Georgina, Julia and Katie. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were treated to a delicious 3 course breakfast and evening cheese board. We loved the garden with the hammock chairs.

  Liked: Bedroom and bathroom spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds, very good shower. Small private courtyard, use of beautiful back garden. 10-15 minutes to nearest public transport. Very safe area. Great breakfast made by Janice, the lovely housekeeper. The owner offered free drinks daily, as well as sandwiches and a lift. Although we did not take up these offers, they were very much appreciated. We were allowed to move into our room an hour early on arrival. For more information to help you plan your trip and manage your expectations, see below.

  Disliked: - The accomodation has a two-hour slot for check-in and is among the few not to send out automatic requests to indicate arrival time. However, there is an unstated expectation that you will still let them know when to expect you and you will have a smoother start to your stay if you meet it. - Check-out was 10 am, not 11-12 as stated on this site. - Earliest breakfast time on Sundays and Bank Holidays is 9 am. - This is not a guesthouse in the conventional sense, but more of an Air B&B situation. Our room doubled as the family's spare room and housed a plethora of personal possessions. Breakfast is served in the family kitchen. The owner's hosting style is very involved - schedule and privacy we're considerations for us at times, as was a sense of having intruded on the family that we could never quite shake.
