  Disappointing

  Liked: Breakfast was good..location good also.

  Disliked: There were hairs everywhere in my room. The air conditioning was noisey. The room was in bad need of a refurbishment.

  Even in central London for over £400 a night you expect a lot more - very basic accommodation

  Liked: Very central location and breakfast ok.

  Disliked: Very basic facilities, dark poky corridors, small room, plumbing in bathroom didn't work, heating didn't work. Asked for quiet room and on first floor with traffic noise.
