  Liked: Location good. Room nice spacious and clean. Comfortable bed.

  Disappointing stay: a noisy room facing a wall, one of the worst breakfasts we've had, and the locat

  Liked: The location was the only thing we liked. It's close to the Tower, but to be honest the neighbourhood isn't very nice.

  Disliked: Our room was on the first floor, and the windows looked out onto basically a wall. Right below us were six huge air conditioning units that were so loud we couldn't open the windows for fresh air. The breakfast was one of the worst we've had anywhere. The omelette definitely wasn't made from real eggs. We only ate there once and went to a nearby coffee shop for the rest of the trip."

  For overnight stay it met our needs and very close to tube station

  Liked: Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Room was very clean and quiet

  Disliked: I like to have an open window and it was locked (even if have limited opening due to security, it would have been better)

  Liked: Location. Friendly staff. Food choices for breakfast.

  Disliked: Absolute chaos at breakfast time, even the staff agreed but they did a fantastic job clearing tables and trying to seat people.
