Very good
Great location. Good value for money
Liked: Some of the staff were so friendly. Unfortunately the receptionist was not very welcoming and made us feel like she was doing us a favour. Everything else was good value for money, clean, good food. We will return.

Great stay
Liked: I've stayed at the Hampton before so I knew it would be a good stay. I was attending a convention at the Excel Centre so walking distance was vital, and close proximity to transport. Staff were friendly upon arrival, as always. The room was luxurious, comfortable and had a great view.
Disliked: This is just me being picky but I wasn't a fan of the eggs at the breakfast buffet. Everything else was lovely, but the scrambled eggs were not "that good".
Good location for the airport
Liked: We stayed one night for an early morning flight the next day. The room was large, well equipped and with a good view. Amazingly quiet considering close to LCY. Breakfast was excellent.

Liked: The location was good, with private parking facilities and a good breakfast.
Disliked: Room was slightly smaller than we expected for three people.
