Liked: Great staff, really friendly and welcoming, and helped with an extended check out option. Great location, nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Good bathroom and walk-in shower. Nice breakfast.

Disliked: Some breakfast items on the hot buffet were a little cold.

Perfect Location and comfortable accommodations. ion

Liked: Location to Waterloo Station was perfect for transit and exploring the things we desired. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and free hot breakfast appreciated. Onsite restaurant was also quite good and affordable, and there's plenty of dining options nearby too.

Disliked: Offer to skip daily cleaning service for a credit was confusing - you have to request it daily, and credit isn't a room credit and can only be applied at time of purchase in the bar/restaurant.
