  Well Equipped and Convenient, but Quiet at Night

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making us feel at home throughout our visit. Our hostess was a very kind and welcoming lady who was always helpful. The location is excellent, with a nearby market where you can easily buy groceries. The communal kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We were able to cook breakfast, make eggs, and even bake a frozen pizza from Marks & Spencer, which is just a short walk away. The property is also conveniently located close to both bus stops and train stations, making it easy to get around London. Overall, I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

  Disliked: One point to keep in mind is that the property is located on a very quiet street. While this may be a positive for some guests, my daughter and I felt a little uneasy walking back at night because the area was so quiet. On one occasion, a man appeared to follow us, so after that we chose to take a taxi from the train station in the evenings. This was based on our personal experience and is something that solo travellers or those travelling with children may want to consider.Plus it made travelling further expensive for us

  Liked: It was in a very quiet location but close to bus and rail links.

  Disliked: The room was very small for two people but we didn't spend too much time in the room so it didn't really matter.

  Excellent value for money, clean and quiet area, transport links 20-30 minute walk

  Liked: Good location, clean and tidy. Kitchen available downstairs. Quiet location parking not an issue

  Good value

  Liked: Good value with easy access to bus and rail and to the Thames path.

  Disliked: The toilet was not fixed to the floor - disconcerting. As with most showers in Europe, the floor is slippery and there are no grab bars - take care.

  Comfortable place, quiet location and various transport options to get into London

  Liked: Quiet location close to a walking pathway along the Thames. Near to public transport for London! Comfortable bed, seating area, fridge/ tea and coffee which is so good to have. Good hot shower! Host did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible… thank you ☺️
