  Perfect

  Liked: This hotel is simply amazing. It has an intimate, boutique-hotel feel, with such a unique and distinctive design. Everything is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff are absolutely wonderful — so kind, attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail is taken care of. The rooms are beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. The bathroom is huge and luxurious, and even the scent throughout the room is pleasant and unique. You can really feel that every little detail has been carefully thought through. The location is fantastic and very central, yet it’s not right in the middle of all the noise. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, and the wonderful Regent Street, and about a 10-minute walk from Covent Garden. There are cafés, public transportation, and everything you could need within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient. The experience doesn’t feel like staying in a huge, impersonal luxury hotel. Instead, it feels like a truly unique boutique hotel — almost warm and family-like. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay and would absolutely love to come back.

  Wonderful hotel ina great location

  Liked: The location of the Haymarket cannot be beat. It is quiet but also near so many museums, shops and theatre. The staff is solicitous without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all amenities one could need.

  Simply the perfect home away from home

  Liked: We had the most peaceful time in the Pne Bedroom Suffolk Suite. The suite offers a sumptuous home away from home feeling with ample closets, living room, bedroom, and guest powder room.

  Beautiful hotel and I’m disappointed I have had to rate it lower than I would have liked

  Liked: A beautiful hotel in the best location being close to the hustle and bustle but not in it. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable. Staff were superb especially the door staff and concierge.

  Disliked: There is a gratuity charge on the nightly room rate. This totalled 123 pounds for 3 nights in our case. I was never told about this and only was because I questioned it on check out. I was then told it was voluntary. I felt the way this is handled by the hotel was very deceitful bordering on fraudulent as it was clear they would only disclose the charge if challenged.
