  Fabulous little classy hotel in a great spot

  Liked: Comfortable beds, the general ambience is lovely. I have stayed before so they must be doing something right.

  Comfortable, gorgeous, and PERFECT location

  Liked: Nearly everything about the experience was flawless. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room service was prompt (and delicious), the bed was so comfy, they facilitated airport transport for me upon request, and it was BEAUTIFUL. I’d love to stay here again in the future.

  Disliked: I had requested early check in, which I know is not guaranteed as it depends upon when guests leave and how quickly rooms can be cleaned. Ultimately I wasn’t able to get to my room until a bit after the regular check-in time, but in the interim they led me to the lounge and offered to get me connected to the WiFi. Not bad at all.

  Perfect location, lovely warm welcoming staff

  Liked: The authenticity and our welcome. The second room we were moved too was perfect.

  Disliked: The first room we were allocated was not suitable for me as I have arthritis in my knees and the stairs descending had a slope which was a little alarming. Eventually though we were moved to a ground floor room which was perfect.

  A fantastically personable and unique hotel in Soho

  Liked: Absolutely fantastic place in a stellar location right in Soho. Loved it.

  Disliked: Everything was absolutely great. All of its quirks are really wonderful. Although not for you if you want modern environment.

  Elegant hotel in te heart of Soho - exceptional!

  Liked: Extraordinary property right in the centre of Soho. We had an absolutely wonderful time and were made to feel truly welcome. Our room was stunning, the communal areas so comfortable to relax in and breakfast was delicious. Sincere thanks to the entire team - a truly memorable few days with my daughter, especially as she shares her birthday with Jo Rowling, and we stayed in her favourite room here.
