Fabulous
This is our second stay at this property, as a family of four it accommodates all our requirements. Definetly recommend
Liked: Great location for underground, good shops nearby. The hotel was lovely and clean with lovely welcoming and helpful staff.
Good value for London. Nice and clean and comfy, welcoming staff. Short walk to tube and easy ride to everything centra
Liked: Location great. Lovely staff 24 hrs. Clean and comfortable. Good value for London.
Disliked: Basement room a bit noisy early morning. Odd breakfast set up with not much space to sit.
Great Location
Liked: The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good use of space. Great location. Couple minutes walk from tube station into central London in 20-25mins and a couple streets from Apollo. Highly recommend if attending an event nearby.
Disliked: Bathroom had a sensor light, which would wake up others in the room during night. Would also take some time to turn off. Sink was in bedroom, not bathroom. Not many plugs in room.
ideal for my purposes
Liked: it met my needs
Good price for the location
Liked: The staff at the reception was welcoming and friendly. I had requested a print out which i got immediately. The room was clean, a bit smaller than i thought but comfortable. The location was great as well.
Disliked: While leaving the hotel, I took a few tissues as I started having a cold and the owner/staff took away the bunch of tissues and sort of hid it immediately after i took the tissues. This was slightly weird.
Good location could be me organised
Liked: Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms
Disliked: Asked staff to clean room during stay and wasn't done until 1730 which was the time we returned to relax
