Fabulous

The perfect base for our London stay!
Liked: Loved this hotel!! The staff were just amazing. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and included a fantastic hot and cold selection - we were so glad we booked it! The location was great - not an area we have stayed before but felt really safe and close to the underground. Also there were plenty of restaurants close by. The room was great, stayed in a junior suite (which we were upgraded to free of charge) which was perfect for us and the kids. All in all I can't say enough good things about it!
Disliked: Nothing really - the only snag was that our room keys didn't work when we first checked in, but it was sorted after a couple of trips to reception. They gave us complimentary drinks to make up for it even though it was only a minor inconvenience- and they were very much appreciated!!

Good clean hotel as base for trip to O2
Liked: Used this hotel when attending an event at The O2, it is just 5 mins walk from the Jubilee Line one stop from Greenwich North and the O2. Good clean rooms with plenty of space and friendly and accommodating staff. Bar also open later than some for a drink after we got back.
Disliked: No issues at all TBH.

Liked: I really liked how easy it was to get to the O2 Arena from the hotel as we were staying especially for a concert.

Liked: Staff was lovely upon check in late at night, and when checking out as well very early in the morning
